Building on the success of the first two editions of the Personal Data Protection Workshop Series, PrivacyCompliance is pleased to introduce Workshop 03, designed to help organisations stay up to date with the latest legal developments and strengthen their personal data protection compliance in practice.
📚 Programme Highlights
The workshop consists of four specialised modules, covering the key areas that organisations should address to ensure compliance with personal data protection laws:
- Understanding Compliance: Privacy fundamentals and legal requirements in Vietnam.
- Building Compliance Capabilities: Data Protection Officer (DPO); privacy notices; and vendor management in the sharing of personal data.
- Managing Personal Data Risks: Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA); Data Transfer Impact Assessment (DTIA); data processing flows; and personal data protection measures.
- Putting Compliance into Practice: Data subject rights; personal data incident response; Privacy by Design (PbD); and Privacy Information Management System (PIMS).
