To meet this need, PrivacyCompliance proudly presents the Personal Data Protection Training Program, designed to provide in-depth knowledge that combines legal foundations with hands-on, practical experience.

🔹 Program Structure: 02 tracks for learners to choose from: the Foundation track, which includes 9 modules with an estimated duration of approximately 13 hours; and the Advanced track, which comprises 12 modules with an estimated duration of approximately 18 hours.

• Modules 1 – 3: Foundational knowledge on privacy, data classification, risk identification, and compliance requirements under Vietnamese law.
• Modules 4 – 12: Practical skills including building Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), data flow mapping, privacy policies, handling and implementing Data Subject Rights (DSR), conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Cross-Border Transfer Impact Assessments (DTIA), supplier management, incident response, and developing a comprehensive privacy program.

The program is designed and delivered directly by PrivacyCompliance’s team of experts, who hold internationally recognized certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, FIP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 31000, and have multi-industry practical experience. The training content ensures a systematic approach, high applicability, and relevance to real business operations.
