Last Saturday, as per our internal training regime, PrivacyCompliance organized an internal seminar in Vietnamese where we reviewed the Draft Personal Data Protection Law (“Draft Law”) and compared it to the current regulations. The seminar saw the participation of our staff and experts from multiple fields. We debated the implications of the various new provisions of the Draft Law. The seminar revealed many new points and issues that we believe would have far-reaching effects on all organizations, both foreign and domestic.
This is a part of our commitment to broaden our knowledge horizon in order to accommodate our ever-increasing volume of clients.
Should you be interested in receiving the slides we used in the seminar, please message us directly so we can send them to you.
