Privacy Compliance Joint Stock Company is recruiting a Privacy Associate in the field of personal data protection and privacy.
- Job Description
- Advise clients on personal data protection matters.
- Review, develop, and refine internal policies and procedures; assess compliance levels and propose improvement roadmaps.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Data Transfer Impact Assessments (DTIA).
- Support the handling of data subject requests and complaints related to personal data.
- Research and update domestic and international regulations and best practices on data protection.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Knowledge and/or consulting experience in data protection practices in Vietnam and internationally.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and information security.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience preparing DPIA/DTIA documentation or holding certifications in data protection and information security such as CIPP/E, ISO 27001, etc.
