General provisions for using the website

This website is operated by PC for the purpose of providing information in which the client may be interested as well as setting forth the rules, regulations that each party should follow when accessing, using or exploiting the resources and data. 

PC may collect user’s browsing history and data for the purpose of advertising, marketing and service quality improvement. Client should read and carefully check the regulations on security and privacy policies uploaded on the website before agreeing to provide us with/allow us to collect information and data. 

Intellectual Properties  

All resources on this website are owned by PC and/or its subscribers and are protected by the Intellectual Property Law including copyright, trademark, patent and other subjects. Intellectual property rights are also protected in many other countries based on bilateral and multilateral international treaties. 

Client has the right to use this website and/or the resources of this website for personal or internal purposes but not for business purposes, we encourage the use of this website together with citing the source as well as keeping the link/url to the resources on this website. Any other use, including copying, modifying, republishing in part or in whole, transmitting, distributing, licensing, selling or publishing any resource is prohibited without PC’s prior approval in
writing. The trademarks and logos of PC have been registered under the laws of Vietnam.

The contents of the website may be adjusted, amended from time to time and under the sole decision of PC. Client is recommended to regularly access the website to follow up and receive the latest update. 

PC may issue new notice to the client on the latest updates on the website which we deem to be important and necessary to the client. However, it is not PC’s obvious obligation for a certain piece of information to be considered as binding to the client. It is the responsibility of the client is actively update the amendments, adjustments that may affect the rights and responsibilities of the client.
