Vào tháng 1 năm 2024, PrivacyCompliance đã phát hành bản đầu tiên của Sổ tay AI và được cộng đồng AI và công chúng đón nhận nồng nhiệt. Kể từ đó, đã có nhiều sự phát triển trong bối cảnh AI trên toàn thế giới như các ứng dụng AI mới và các quy định mới, đáng chú ý nhất là việc ban hành chính thức Đạo luật AI của EU. Do đó, chúng tôi tại PrivacyCompliance đã nỗ lực sửa đổi, bổ sung Sổ tay để giúp độc giả cập nhật những thay đổi mới nhất.
Phiên bản mới của Sổ tay vẫn giữ nguyên và cập nhật các nội dung chính của phiên bản đầu tiên bao gồm tổng quan toàn diện về AI, kèm theo các ví dụ minh họa về các công nghệ AI nổi bật hiện nay, các ứng dụng và thách thức mà AI đặt ra trong thế giới đương đại, các quy định pháp lý đa dạng chi phối AI trên phạm vi toàn cầu, bổ sung bằng các nghiên cứu trường hợp pháp lý đáng chú ý và tình hình hiện tại cũng như các thách thức trong lĩnh vực AI tại Việt Nam cùng các khuyến nghị cho tương lai.
Chúng tôi tin tưởng rằng phiên bản cập nhật này của Sổ tay AI sẽ có thể truyền đạt cho độc giả sự hiểu biết toàn diện về bối cảnh AI hiện tại trên toàn cầu và tại Việt Nam. Rất cám ơn sự đón nhận của quý độc giả!
THE AI HANDBOOK VERSION 2.0 IS HERE!!!
In January 2024, PrivacyCompliance published the first version of the AI Handbook which was received warmly by the AI community and the general public. Since then, there have been many developments in the AI scene around the world such as new AI applications, and new regulations, with the most notable being the official publication of the EU AI Act. As such, we at PrivacyCompliance have been working on an update for the Handbook in order to keep readers up to date with the latest changes.
The new version of the Handbook retains and updates the main contents of the first version including a comprehensive overview of AI, accompanied by illustrative examples of presently prominent AI technologies, the applications and challenges posed by AI in the contemporary world, the diverse legal regulations governing AI on a global scale, complemented by notable legal case studies, and the existing state and challenges within the AI sector in Vietnam with insightful recommendations for the future.
We are confident that this updated version of the AI Handbook will be able to convey to the readers a thorough understanding of the current landscape of AI both globally and within Vietnam. As such, it is with great pride that we introduce to you PrivacyCompliance’s AI Handbook version 2.0. Should you be inclined, we sincerely hope you will allocate some time to peruse it.
